bloody mucous

I've had a sinus infection. Then I broke my nose. Two days after breaking the nose I have bloody nasal drip from one nare. When blowing the nose there is a large quantity of bloody mucous. This has been going on for 3 days now. The sinuses don't hurt any longer, but the bloody mucous continues, also the post nasal drip down the throat continually. How do I stop this?
