breathing difficulties

hi
3 months ago i come down with the flu and ever since im finding it hard to shift
i have presure in my sinuses blocked nose and sometimes a swollen throat.
the main problem is dificulty in breathing chest feels constantly tight especially at night and
i often wake in the night with the feeling of not being able to breathe.
after 2 visits to the hospital blood tests and and ecg conclusion was anxiety brought on by the
feeling of not being able to breathe
if anyone has any ideas to help relieve my symtoms would be very grateful as it is extremely
frustrating!

Have the same thing.  Wheezing and coughing morning and night.
Really starting to freak out over this as I am reading the same
thing over and over again.  Are Doctors hearing this.  Put this
problem over the air-waves would you guys and let us know what
the heck to do about it.  There are too many of us suffering and
we have the right to know.  Take care and good luck to you Lucy.

Lucy95:  My opinion, this has to be a virus.  I have the same thing.  I was on a 4 hour flight Easter weekend and became ill right after that.  I think it's the flu turned into either bronchitis or pnemonia.  I've went through a round of anti-biotics and am using an Albutoral inhaler.  It is very helpful at night.  You may want to call your doctor and ask him to prescibe you one.  I wonder does it have to possibly run it's course?
