breathing trouble

A couple of times when I've gotten through biking 50 miles, I have noticed that I feel okay until I start talking. I'm okay when I get off the bike, don't feel short of breath, and am not wheezing. However, if I talk afterwards, I get to the point where I feel I can't breathe at all. It is really scarey. I use Advair twice a day. I have pulmonary hypertension. Is this a symptom of that, or is this asthma?

I have a pulmonary pressure of 45mmHg--I think that qualifies as pulmonary hypertension in most books. I also am aware that it is serious and often fatal. I also have right atrial dilation, diastolic dysfunction and moderate tricuspid regurgiation. Now, my question was whether the symptoms I'm experiencing are due to a much earlier diagnosis of asthma (which could be wrong) or due to the recent diagnosis of PH.

Pulmonary hypertension? I seriously question that as it is rather progressive and fatal.
