bronchitis/pneumonia

I was just on 10 dys of leaviquin. I just went to my ent dr. to tell me that I have bronchitis again with a double ear infection.I had bronchitis 2wks ago that turned in pneumonia. I had chest exray done after the 10ys of leavquin and it showed no pneumonia so how did I end up with bronchitis again. I have been sick for a total of 4wks between the larangytis, bronchitis,pneumonia. Why is the bronchitis returning?
