burning and stinging pain in lung

I am 33 years of age and i was diagnosed with copd 2 years ago.I have not had many problems untill now .I am very wheezy and my right lung is burning and i have a sharp pain also.what could this mean ?

ive been experiencing a sharp pain but its wierd cuz i only feel it when i like turn or somithing recently i have been getting shortness of breath and my lungs feeling kinda wierd my first experience of this stinging feeling was a little over a year ago

ALL OF A SUDDEN I AM HAVING BURNING, STINGING LIKE SENSATIONS  IN MY LUNGS--ANY THOUGHTS FROM ANYONE ON WHAT IT COULD BE!!!!!
