burning in my lungs

I have hade a burning sensation in my lungs right in the middle of my chest, i also have a hard time getting enouph air like i feel i never get enouph air in my lungs. this started about two weeks ago and has not gone away. i also smoke but i have never incountered a problem like this. does anyone know why? or what it is?

Did u find out was wrong I've been having the same symptoms in only 20 and im starting to get scared

I just posted almost the same thing. I've felt that way for over a week now. I was told it was plueritis, but the symptoms don't really seem to match up for me. What did you find out?
