What does calcified hilar nodes and minimal linear lung scarring  mean?   Thanks for your help.

The hilar region is the upper middle area of the lungs near the heart.  Lymph nodes are glands located along the lymphatic system.  Generally they range in size from 1 to 10 millimeters.

A calcified lymph node and linear lung scarring are like a scar.  They are each a sign of an infection that took place a long time ago.  You should not need any further testing or any treatment.  However you should be aware that a calcified lymph node could physically erode into an airway.  This is rare and harmless.  The way that you would know this had happened is that you would cough up some mucus containing the calcium.
