can having surgery to fix a deviated septum affect my singing

I am 14 and I am nervous that I might have to get surgery on my nose to fix my deviated septum. I am extremely worried because I sing and hope to make a carrer out of it. If i have the surgery will it affect my singing?!?!?!?!?!

I believe a person your age can expect to undergo some voice/singing changes as your grow older.

I would hope that any needed surgery would help on all aspects of your life.  Ask you doctor what to expect relative to singing following surgery.
