can't breath

one after noon i just had a hard time taking a deep breath. All my tests show nothing wrong with my lungs but a computer breathing test showed i lost 50% of my air that was june of 07 i still cant breath seen to be only during the day if i lay down i can take a deep breath and breath right. Once i get up i have trouble take a deep breath i cant yawn i don't have enough air.All most a year now i has problems with sinues.could that keep me for breath or my med. I am at a loss my doctor will not check in to it further
