Chest burning in a 32 year old man is seldom on the basis of heart disease, unless there is a family history of heart disease at an early age. That situation is often associated with elevated blood levels of cholesterol and other lipids.
If it is not your heart, the other major considerations would be that the pain is of musculoskeletal origin, such as a pinched nerve, or it could be on the basis of gastroesophageal reflux; i.e. regurgitation of stomach acid (and other stomach contents) into the esophagus, most commonly referred to as, "heartburn".  It's important to continue to work with your doctor on your symptoms.
