I have been feeling shortness of breath for the last 3 weeks. I have been feeling a pain on my left side of my chest. It comes and goes . Also since feeling this pain my left eye has been pulsing. The pain on my chest is llike a pinching feeling.
I can't use my finers like before. When i try too pick up something it's like my fingers are numb and i can't bend my fingers.
Is this something i should be very worry about?
What if any condition could it be?

These are worrisome symptoms. Shortness of breath and chest pain that lasts for 3 weeks must be investigated. There are many causes of pain and shortness of breath that can be life threatening or just a nuisance, such as strained or torn chest muscles. The numbness of your fingers and being unable to bend them are neurologic symptoms that may or may not be related to the shortness of breath.
Most of what you describe could come from stretching or compression of a bundle of nerves in the armpit. This is sometimes referred to as plexopathies, which is pain, weakness, and muscle atrophy, originating in a nerve bundle. One such nerve bundle is the brachial plexus in the armpit area.
You should see your doctor without delay.
