since last november i have had chest pain that never goes away i have had numerous chest xrays which are alway clear i have also been to see a heart doctor everything is normal i was told i have a hiatul hernia also i have bloody boogers almost every morning i occasionally get shortness of breath but very rarely cough could this all be caused by the hernia or is there an under lying problem

I began having severe chest pains on the left side, sometimes pain in the left arm and increased gas pressure about 3 months ago. I am having problems with my inner chest. After performing dips I felt a strain in the inner middle area of my chest connecting to the sternum. It is sore but will eventually go away after a week or so of resting. When I begin to bench again it becomes sore once again. Is there anything I can do to help heal along with rest? Is there something seriously wrong?When my nose is cleared (happens no more than once a month), breathing in hurts, it's like inhaling in fire. It burns and aches so much that I end up trying to cover my face with something so warm the air and restrict the strong air flow. I got really bad chest pains and have them right now, I just got home. I was wondering if anyone has been or is in this situation? Should I go to the hospital or you think its an effect from the prevpac or infection??Everytime I eat food comes back up in mouthfuls. Sometimes when I don't eat or before I eat this kind of foamy liquid still comes up. When I,So for the past 11 months i've been getting chest pains...  they are not always consistant, sometimes stabbing, sometimes throbbing, sometimes dull.  Accomanied by pressure, and tightness, sometimes also abdominal.  While the stabbing pain seems to be the most re-occuring out of them all.  The thing that kind of throws me and my doctor for a loop, is that nothing is very consistant other then the stabbing pain is very common.  Sometimes it will be accompanied by heart burn, majority of the time it won't.  Sometimes it will feel as if i'm bloated, majority of the time it won't.  either way the pain can get so severe that i collapse in pain, unable to move.  It's slowly destroying every facit of my life.  I still go out, and still try to go on as normal. ive just recently encountered a problem with my right arm and hand, it keep going very cold and getting a dull ache in it and tingling in my hand. it doesnt change colour also i dnt get pain anywhere else pls help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
