chest sounds

Sometimes I hear a crackle bubble sound coming from my right lower chest. I also hear a slight wheeze when I inhale but that is only once and a while. I did have a chest exray which was normal and did see a pulmunaligist. He had me take a Spirometry test which came out normal. My lungs did not make a sound when I was in to see him or my general practicioner. I usually have muscle tightenss in my upper back under my shoulder blades since I have mild level of fibromyalgia. What does it sound like to you?
