chest tight and short of breath

hi last saturday i got up and was ok ,then when i coughed my chest hurt like razor blades ,the next day my nose was blocked up i had a headache and it hurt bad in my chest when i coughed ,im now short of breath and my voice is croaky is this a chest infection ??? has anybody else had this problem.....melanie.
