chest tightness slight short of breathe

gonna see a respiratory doctor soon but phone book didn't seem to have a section on respiratory specialists

is there a specific name for respiratory doctors?

background is a mild cough at back of throat for several years but only parts of the year (winter usually)

it was never real bad so I didn't see doctor

know I have slight shortness of breathe sometimes (beathing seems labored) and there is a tightness in my chest

sometimes feel out of breathe if talk for long sentence

on the flip side I can run 2 miles and breathing doesn't seem too unusual

when I take a deep breathe my chest has some slight tightness
and slight short of breathe

at first thought it might be anxiety as it would happen when around people but happens when I by myself too with nothing of major importance to worry about

not sure what to make of this as I am in good physical shape

You are right that your symptoms might be due to anxiety.  However they could also be due to asthma since they usually occur during the winter.  Your first step is to be thoroughly examined by a doctor to try to find the cause of your symptoms.  If necessary, this doctor could recommend a respiratory doctor, also called a pulmonologist.
