For several years, I have had a condition which causes me to yawn constantly or have to take very deep breathsBreath alcohol test Breath holding spell Breath odor. I feel better after sleeping and then within an hour or two of waking up, it begins again and carries on all day. It is very tough to deal with at work, in meetings, etc. where I cannot be yawning every few seconds. It seems worse when eating, if I drink coffee - and better if I am very distracted with a project.
