We all have normalNormal saline flush sinus drainage when the mucus our bodies produce is very thin and watery. If it's thicker and you are more aware of it you may want to be tested for allergies. Two of my kids and myself did not develop allergies until our early 20's. My understanding is you can develop an allergy at any point. Good luck
