chronic sinusitis, PHPT, immunedeficiency

I have low IgG3 and chronic sinusitis and chronic tonsillitis. I also have hypothyroidism (corrected with Thyroid Erfa) and hyperparathyroidism. I have often infections and heart rhthm problems. My ACE is at the upper limit and lysozyme 6.5 (upper ref. limit 6.1). I have a 6x8 mm tumor in my lung and a few smaller ones. During past few years I had some obstruction in my smll airways. No asthm no allergy. I have weird symptoms. eg. neurological, every now and then. Doctors have suggested for instance vasculitis/polymyalgia, TIA, myasthenia garvis. otosclerosis, sarcoidosis. I cannot tolerate most antibiotics nd don't want to use them.

ANCA antibodies were negative, CK normal, ACH-R-antibodies normal, carotid and vertebrobacilar arteries not clogged. The discharge from tonsillar tubules is grainlike. The grains consist of much cells and round, yellow masses of tiny grains and radial filaments. The tonsils are very small, and doctors do not want to do tonsillectomy. I think that the filaments are actinomycetes. No doctor has wanted to study them. I think that I could have actinomycosis in my lungs. Or sarcoidosis. No doctor has verified these. TT images are taken at three to six month intervals.

Just a moment ago I read from a paper by de Calvarho et al 2006, that hypercalcemia may cause calcification of the tympanic membrane and thus otosclerosis. Do you think that hypercalcemia could cause thickening of sinus mucous membrane (I have it thickened)? Could I have there Aspergillus (aspergillosis) or actinomycete. Could they also infect my ear ossicles)?

I have slight lymphocytosis and a slightly enlarged lymph node in the neck Doctors only palpate it, no needle samples. I have also seronegative Sjogrens's syndrome, often bacterial infections in mouth-throat. From antibiotics I get often antibiotic diarrhea or glossitis. My saliva is often white and foamy, with many leukocytes. I have had sialadenitis in small salivary glands of the lower lip. My CRP and La are normal. Last year I had six-month persistent atrial fibrillation, gall bladder stones (cholecystectomia).

I thus have many disorders, I don't know whether I remembered all of them. My situation is complicated, but doctors do not realise it. The specielists work in diffrent clinics or institutes. Nobody has time to draw all my disorders together. My internal medicine specialist does not want to image my parathyroids. An ENT doctor was almost indignant with me when I was in his consulting room. I am hppy because I can in the future go to an infection clinic, but the time may not be earlier than after six months.

Could you find a common cause for all my disorders? How should I proceed my studies on my diseases. I am not a doctor but have in a lrge part to organize my treatments.

This discussion is related to hypercalcemia with low associated PTH- possible Granulomatous Disease?.
