chronic sinusitis

Have been using inhalation levoquin and steroids to treat an overwhelming sinus infection that started 5 years ago. I had great relief the first 2 months after initial treatment. It returned worse after 2 months. Can you recommend an ENT and infectious disease specialist that specializes in the Baltimore area with chronic sinusitus.? I would like a biopsy or culture to determine if this is bacteria , fungus or what. Any clinical trials available in the area?

1) you must be your own advocate and PUSH for answers. The more research you do before a Dr appointment the better. Have your questions written out so you don't forget. Bring someone with you to take notes and do noot leave until you understand everything you have been told.
2) We had some good results with teaching hospitals near us in Chicago. Perhaps John Hopkins would have some good specialists.
3) You can also ask your question on the Medical forum side of this website where you can answers from physicians.
