cold sweating

I have a very odd question, ever since i can remember when i excersise my sweat all over my body is ice cold...why is that and should i be concerned?

I have never heard of this but would welcome cold sweat, especially on a hot day.  I suspect the temperature of the sweat is normal.  The problem may be in the nerve endings or in the part of the brain where the signal is interpreted.  This is sometimes called autonomic nervous system dysfunction.  It can happen with anxiety, seizures, tumors and diabetes.  Since this has been a lifelong experience and not something new, it is almost certainly nothing to be worried about.
