I would like to respond the yawning and sob issues (along w/ heart palpitationsHeart palpitations). I have had this problem and gone to a cardiologist, er, etc. (like others have mentioned), but received no help, dr.'s can't figure out what is wrong. All my labs, 02, xrays, etc are fine. I ran into a friend of mine who is a RN. She saw me gasping and yawning, and long story short, she told me that I was most likely nutrient deficient, and to go on a good quality multivitaminMultivitamin Multivitamin with fluoride Multivitamin with fluoride and iron Multivitamin with iron Multivitamin with iron and fluoride Multivitamin with minerals Multivitamin, prenatal Multivitamin-minerals and supplement w/ slo-mag. Slo-mag is a slow-release magnesium pill (Walgreens) that you take twiceTwice-a-day a day. Her daughter went thru the same thing a year ago and took this and her issues were cleared up w/in three days. I took my vitamins and bought some slo-mag immediately and less than 24 hrs later I feel a noticeable improvement. Still sighing a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys, not really yawning any more, but the sighs are diminishing and I feel like I'm getting good breathsBreath alcohol test Breath holding spell Breath odor. I think this was definitely my problem, so hopefully it will help those out there w/ the yawning and shortness of breathBreath alcohol test Breath holding spell Breath odor. It is so frustrating and I feel your pain! BTW, my health is otherwise very good (triathlete who works out at least an hour a day). Also, I asked why this doesn't show up on blood tests and was told that this is an intracellular issue, and blood tests show the extracellular composition only.
