coronary arterial disease with left venrticular dysfunction

I need to know the pathology and physiology of my disease I was diagnosed to have coronary arterial disease with left ventricular dysfunction, and community acquired pneumonia. How could this be possible? How is pneumonia related to my having coronary arterial disease and left ventricular dysfunction?
