cough

I have been coughing blood pus and thrush for the past 3 months I have had ct scan and brochoscopy which were clear lung x-ray showed shadow on left upper inner lobe, also I've had some pain and sweating with low grade temperature.Happy for some help.

With the symptoms that you are having, it is certainly difficult to understand how the CT scan and bronchoscopy can be clear, while the lung x-ray shows a shadow.  You may want to consider a second opinion from a lung specialist (pulmonologist) who can do a thorough evaluation of your respiratory system.  If traveling to Denver, Colorado is feasible, National Jewish could provide an outpatient pulmonary evaluation.
