coughing

Hi my name is Greta... I've been coughing for about 3 years... during one period it was a bit less but usually it's coughing on an ongoing basis... I eat a lot of extra strength Halls, it helps a little... when I'm totally quiet I cough less, if I laugh or temp to sing, coughing sets in, usually after eating I cough... I've been on different medication, my doctor (who is not a good listener) has done or sent me away to do different types of test and they can't find anything wrong... with coughing other things come along such as not been able to keep my bladder valve shut, each time I cough, I get wet, I'm sick and tired of this problem, can you help? right now I'm on a nasal spray called: Gen-Beclo AQ 50mcg...
