I had a cold for about 3 days. Then I though it was getting better but one day, I woke up and it was in my upper lungs and throat. For about 4 or 5 days now, When I wake up, I cough my brains out for about an hour consistantly. Then the cough lessens as the day goes on. I've also been coughing up white-ish phlegm balls. Also , When I lay down for bed or when I first wake up in the morning, I have a crackling at the bottom of my throat. ( like poprocks going off in there) Any Ideas on what it could be? I'm sure I've had this before, but I don't remember my coughs lasting this long.Or giving me headaches
