This is for those people who feel like they can't get that satisfying deep breath. Most the time this is anxiety if you do not have any medical problems. Here is a simple but very effective solution. If you have a way to make yourself sneeze your body will automatically take that deep breath as you sneeze and once you do it you will see that it's not that you physically can't take a deep breath its just anxiety and you're so focused on it that you've got yourself in a viscous cycle so once you realize its not impossible to get that deep satisfying breath you'll see there is no danger and that when it happens again and you know you can make yourself sneeze and get that breath you'll find it happening less and less. It really does work so find a way to make yourself sneeze and get that breath automatically cuz your body does it for you add you sneeze.
