difficulty breathing through nose

Hello this might be more an ENT thing but since there is no section for that and I am having a constantly blocked nose maybe you can help me.  My nose is allways dry and feels swolen shut, the worse it is the worse my symptoms of a constant frontal tension like headache are, can you make sense of that? Maybe look at these few MRI images I put together and see if anything stands out?  Thanks.

Unfortunately, we cannot interpret these films or give an opinion based on them.  However, the symptoms you have described can be from allergic, non-allergic and infectious causes.  Probably the first steps would be to try a nasal steroid spray and possibly decongestants.  If these measures fail to relieve your symptoms, talk with your doctor about a possible chronic sinus infection.
