disabled and undiagnosed

I'm 35 years old, male, and 60 pounds over weight.   For about 8+ months I've experienced  severe weakness, faint feeling,  a tight feeling in my chest,  and a feeling that something is "pulling" at my heart all the time.     The more I feel the pull, the worse I feel.  I get palpitations.   When I feel this way, walking up stairs gives me a forceful heartbeat, shortness of breath,  and near syncope.    I dont care what anyone says, but anxiety does not cause exertional near syncope, and I will never believe that..   But, my Thalliuam stress test, cardiac CTA, Echocardiogram,   CBC, CMP, Liver, Thyroid, BNP all check out normal.   Actually, the Thallium test showed anterior/LAD hypokinesis but CTA was normal.    The symptoms come and go in severity from week to week,     it seems to me like that if it's not my heart,  maybe there is some sort of perfusion problem,  or perhaps a subtle chemical imbalance (excess or deficiency),  somewhere in my body.    Laying on my back , sitting, or standing I feel light headed.    Laying on my stomach I feel next to normal.     I feel no different in the peace and quiet of my home, or in public,  It's all the same 24/7, and I am disabled

All the normal/negative cardiac tests are very reassuring and strongly suggest that you have a normal heart.  That is not to say that you couldn't have a recurrent, abnormal cardiac rhythm that might be picked-up by continuous ambulatory cardiac monitoring.

However, your symptoms suggest the possibility of postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS). This is a condition characterized by lightheadedness and confusion occurring when one moves from a seated or supine position to a standing position, or with exercise, caused by the tendency of blood to pool in your legs, resulting in there not being enough blood in the general circulation.  Somewhat similar symptoms may occur with malfunction of the adrenal gland called adrenal insufficiency.  You might want to raise these possibilities with your doctors.

With regard to an emotional basis for your symptoms, there are reports of syncope or near-syncope being associated with depression and with anxiety with panic disorder.

have you been noticing everyone else's comments in this forum?  I'm sitting here freaking out!  I'm overeweight, have the out of breath feeling, weakness , ect.  and I noticed something we all have in common.  Were all overweight!  I hope I lose weight and it corrects myself, cause I cannot take it anymore myself hardly.  And when I say overwieght, that means no exercise or anything.  I wonder if they did a poll if they found out if it was a certain shape of overweighters, or any other similarites....and maybe there is a certain cure for it! who knows.  I ain't saying this is what yours, mine, or the others health problems are, i'm just saying all the overweight people are mentioning the same symptoms. thanks bon
