I have in the past couple of weeks have had a problem with getting a headache while having sex. I have gone to bed with this headache and have woken up with it along with feeling dizzy and at times shortness of breath. What could be the cause of this?

Hypertension could be the cause of your symptoms.  Your blood pressure is the first thing to have checked.  If your blood pressure is fine, arrhythmia is another possible cause of your symptoms.  Your heart rate and rhythm might need to be monitored for a day to find this problem.
