I had three different nose surgeres in 2006 on septum and turbinate reduction in march, one septum to fix it again in May,and then one final turbinate one in september..ever since the surgeries i've developed a very dry nose and post nasal drip really bad..all ents say this is not a case of empty nose syndrome just wondeirng what else it could be..also when i get up in the morning i'm ver very dry but as soon as i sit up i can almost feel some moisture comeback in the nose then touching the septum it feels wet not like it does when i'm laying down..also i was outside and it was about 0degrees and my nose was wet and almost runny.....no idea any suggestions could help me out this is killing my anxiety and not to mention my stomach....

It may be from an inflammation in your sinuses that creates such conditions.  A CT of the sinuses will help with the diagnosis.
