recently had a chest x-ray because of having pain on the right side any time that i cough or hiccup. x-ray came back showing elevated right hemi-diaphragm. this has never showed on a x-ray for me before. just wondering what may have caused this and what treatment that i may need to consider
Don't know what you have done since Oct.,but mine turned out to be Paralyzed diaphragm. Very discouraging trying to find treatment for it, I have the impression that unless your breathing becomes extremely restricted, there is no treatment. Probably you need a sniff test if you havent had one yet. Let me know if you find out anything. In the meantime, google paralyzed diaphragm.
