enlarged lymph node and inflammation in right lung

I have recently had a CT scan as blood tests showed abnormalities. Anti nuclear and smooth muscle antibodies were found so I was referred to a liver specialist. He ordered the CT which he has now told me that from a liver perspective all is fine but they have incidentally found on the CT scan that I have inflammation in my right lung and an enlarged lymph node. He said this is atypical so I am now being referred to a chest specialist. My question is...does anyone have any idea what this could be or any idea if the antibodies could be related to this finding? My concern is that I walked in with potential stomach problems but have walked out with possibly some form of lung/respiratory disease...
All answers very welcome...thanks in advance
