excessive yawning @ night and feeling of unbalanceness.

by Mobitoy, Jul 03, 2009 11:47PM
Hi I am 20 y/o. A student nurse. Lately I was assigned t an ER (trauma unit) in one of the hospitals here in our location. I saw alot of cases of accidents and related cases (severe). When I go home at night and on my bed, about to sleep. It always troubled me because I am thinking that all the cases in the ER could happen to me too.I gave me rapid heart beat and shortness of breath, usually I yawn alot in order to satisfy my feeling of inhalation. I have also these sense of suffocation and chowking on my throat.IS THIS PROBABLY AN ANXIETY ATTACK or PANIC ATTACKS? I cameacross with alot of articles in the internet and it suggest the same daiagnosis too.

And then aside from these, I was able to sleep but almost late.
In the morning after waking up probably after 5 min after I pee I have this feekling of loss of balance. I dont think this is orthostatic hypotension because it doesnt happen right after I get up from bed. Usually after a few moments after I get from bed, usually it happens after I nod and when my head comes back to my upright position, i feel this loss of balance. but not to the point of trumbling down or falling. I dont also feel passing out. just the feeling of slight spinning then it goes away. PLEASE SOMEONE ANSWER MY QUESTION. pleaase. =(
