Hi,
I am 24, female. Since I've been 8 years old I feel like the lack of air. Very often I take a very deep breath but I can't satisfy myself with it.
Neuropathologist diagnosed me that I have a disease called like "obsessive movements neurosis".
Asthma was excluded. I went to massage, acupuncture. But nothing changed.
Not long ago I went to the physician and she said that it is beause of my low blood pressure and prescribed the nootropil, panangin(Aspartic acid, magnesium and potassium salt) and  inosine, duration - 2 months.
I didn't feel myself better, so I don't know what to do.
May be you had some practice with such symptoms.
Thanks.

This is a common complaint, which can have a variety of different causes.  If it is a significant problem, I would start with a pulmonologist.  This specialist could determine if the cause is in the lungs and reflects an airflow problem or a neurologic problem.
