Hello and hope you are doing well.

X rays are images and can show radiolucent or opaque shadows. And only a differential diagnosis can be obtained from this. The densities can happen with infections like tuberculosis. It can also occur with other conditions like sarcoidosis. Further evaluation will be based on systemic symptoms and blood tests. Therapy lies in treating the underlying cause. So, medications can be recommended only after a diagnosis is made.
