Both fibroses are, essentially, scarring.  Post tubercular fibrosis is often limited to small areas in the uppermost part of the lungs.  Pleural fibrosis is most often associated with a prior, usually bacterial, infection of the space between the lungs and the chest wall, or due to asbestos.

I had never heard of fibrotic squack, so I googled it.  I think you meant squawk, which is a noise heard when listening to the lungs with a stethescope.  It is just describing a type of breath sound that is abnormal, and I guess occurs in pulmonary fibrosis.
