First thing in the morning it seems to be daily I sneeze about four of five times and when I blow my nose the mucous is clear and it fills the room with this foul medicincy stench that could make you not want breakfast

This may or may not be allergy, but relates to mucus that builds up during the night.  This is common in a non allergic condition called vasomotor rhinitis.  If it is a problem, taking medication at night might help. I would speak with your physician about the many medication options.
