green vomit

my mom has copd,alpha 1,chf,chronic back pain,and emphazema,and high blood pressure. She is 48,today she started vomiting green puke and we need to know what this means also lately she is hullucinating and having conversations with people who are not there,please tell us what this is and what we can do.

She really should be seeing a doctor, there could be many things going on here. It sounds like she could easily have an infection causing her to vomit and hallucinate. Does he happen to have a temperature by chance? Fevers can result in hallucinations. Please get her to the doctor's ASAP, even if it means going to the ED.
