When i was at training a few months back, i got sick while we were out in the field, i was given cough suppresent, penicillian, and a decongestent, and sent back out with. When i got home, i still had a stuffy noseNose fracture and what we call swamp lung (mucus in the lungs the gets expelled through coughing).
The bloody nose worries me most, it is worse than when some one gets a broken nose, because it just flows and flows, but after it stops, i dont have a headache anymore, and the pressure in my sinuses are gone.
well you definately have a sinus infection with all the green stuff coming out (I've experienced many of these). The blood is probably related to it. It sounds like there is pressure relief after the release of green mucous and blood. You really should get a CT-scan, to see if one of your sinuses are blocked. Headaches are very normal with infections and the pain is the worst in the mornings after everything has allowed to accumulate in your sinuses overnight. It could be that your sinus is blocked and bursts partially open every once in awhile releasing all the junk inside it. I would guess that you are bursting a blood vessel when your sinus expels the mucous, hence why the bleeding nose. You can try to get antibiotics, but I would suggest that you irrigate your nose with saline water twice per day in order to help cleanse the sinuses from the infected material. If it doesn't clear up, you really should see an ENT, who can get to the root of the problem. Sometimes a deviated septum will keep perpetuating the infections, due to partial blockage. I hope this helps.
