help pls..i am super worried.

ok...im 15 this year and i have huge tonsils...the doctor said that it was unusual for people my age to have such huge tonsils and asked me to go for a sleep test to see if the tonsils were blocking my breathing...well, i passed the sleep test and the doc said it wasn't neccesary for me to remove my tonsils...but the thing is, i have been getting lots of sore throat, throat infections and tonsilitis this few months, i jus recovered from a throat infection and have taken several doses of antibiotic...now, i am having a minor sore throat with no fever and when i look in the mirror, there are 2 small white bumps on my right tonsils. Is it because of the weather as it is hot in my country but it isnt stuffy. help pls..i am super worried.. thank you
