hurts when i breathe in

Basically, when i breathe in sometimes it hurts in random places in my chest...it's like a stabbing pain. but lately the pain has only been in my lower back on the right side where the kidney is...so i can't yawn or breathe deeply when it hurts like this...it now happens every day and i was just wondering if there was anything in particular this could be?
