hyperinflation

Sir,
I had an chest X ray and it shows
-hyper inflation of lungs
- both Hila are normal
- cardia within normal limits
- both C.P angles and domes of diaphragm are norma
- rest of bony cage and soft tissues are normal
Is there anythig to worry about hyperinflation of lungs?
are any further tests are required?
