hyperventilation ekg changes

by fivefish, Feb 27, 2008 07:04PM
I recently had an incidence of hyperventilation at the dentist's office after receiving 4 doses of mevacaine.  i was taken to the hospital and my ekg showed inverted t waves, the subsequent ekg was borderline and both showed an incomplete bundle branch block.  are these changes common with hyperventilation?  the doctor told me i suffered side effects from the mevacaine and recommended a stress test.  any opinion?

This discussion is related to Chronic hyperventilation syndrome abnormal EKG.
