i dont know whats happening to me

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME WHATS HAPPENING .I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH COPD 2 YEARS AGO ,WHICH I HAVE NOT SUFFERED ANY MAJOR PROBLEMS UNTILL RECENTLY.I HAVE SUFFERED WITH WHEEZING SHORTNESS OF BREATH ,BURNING AND STINGING SENSATIONS IN MY RIGHT LUNG ,AND NOW I AM SUFFERING WITH WHAT AS I CAN ONLY DESCRIBE AS PINS AND NEEDLES IN MY BACK WELL SHOULDER BLADES AND THE TOP OF MY BACK.I AM SCARED AS ITS ALL HAPPENING SO QUICK AS I WAS FINE 2 WEEKS AGO AND NOW I FEEL SO UNWELL.PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND ANYONE.!!!!!!

I agree, you should see a doctor as soon as possible. Are you also having any other symptoms such as  a fever, increased cough/ sputum etc...? That tingling is odd...definitely get that checked out..Your increased shortness of breath is also a red flag to see your doc soon...you may have an infection for example that could be making your COPD worse. I am not a doctor so please take what I say for face value...I hope that you find answers soon..Sunny
