im trying to learn about copd, fibromyalgea, and sleep apnea

i want to know how copd,sleep apnea, and fibromyalgea link together and some treaments for them...i have asthma and bronchitis and am on meds for those but i was just diagnosed and am going for the second visit to pain clinic tommorrow and staying tonight for sleep apnea machine adjustment or something....i know this sounds very confusing but please help..
