infiltrate?
I recently had a PA chest x-ray done and the result said possible infiltrate in left lower lobe. I know this can possibly mean TB but what I don't know is can it mean anything else or even nothing at all. Any guidance on this would be so helpful. Thanks!

An infiltrate looks like a shadow on a chest x-ray.  There can be many causes, such as:
