I have had no personal experience with the combination of amoxicillin with potassium clavulanate taken by persons with psoriasis but I could find no reports of a person with psoriasis having a reaction to this antibiotic combination. In fact, the reports I did encounter included a number in which one or another antibiotic was used for the treatment of psoriasis, with various results but no adverse reaction. Your best bet, however, would be to check with your dermatologist regarding your question.
