is spitting up blood and fleum a good sign?

i was born with ulcers of the stomach and i need to know if spitting up blood and fleum a good sign?it has been on and off for the past two weeks.......last nite i started to get dehydrated and sweating and having cottonmouth.is there anything i can do or you can do to help me?
