is this normal for me

i recently went to the doctor today over a few things and one was the scare that i had cystic fibrosis..they done a genetic test on me and treated me for a upper respitory infection and sinus infection...i havnt had the results fromt he cf come back yet ..but i had a oxygen level of 91% now i am a heavy smoker and recently had a baby about a month ago...but i am only 24..they had ran sveral sveral blood tests and done chest e rays and things and all the doctor did was gave me some antibiotics,claritin,cough medicine..but i do not cough or have the urge...i need to know if i would of had congestive heart failure would it of shown in the blood tests and x rays..they also did echo's of my heart but those results are not back from the cardioligist yet..isnt 91% o2 level dangerous for me or is that ok where i smoke alot..i am worried maybe something is wrong but the doctor didnt seem to be concerned about it..and would i of known b4 now if i would of had cf,or any othre major problems????my lungs do wheeze around the heart and my legs are holding luid..but she didnt seem worried about it..so should i be and do you think ill be okay with this and the meds will work????
