i was exposed to tb about 2 years ago, they said that i did not have to take the medicine.well now my doctor says i need another chest x-ray because im coughing and my chest is noisy.does this mean that i have tb now?please help me with this mystery.and if i do have it will i have to go to the hospital?

The chest x-ray is being done because of your history and current respiratory symptoms.  This is standard procedure.  Only your doctor can determine if there is a question of TB or another diagnosis after reading the x-ray.  Hospitalization may or may not be recommended based on the diagnosis.

Of course your past medical history is not good but it does not mean that any respiratory  problem is related to TB.

What you for sure should do is the blood test for TB and X-rays.

Anti- Vata Ayurvedic diet is prescribed in your case. Please try to follow it throughly, on a constant bases and the positive results will not wait to appear.
